You Are an Effective Planner

You must be a Planner

Because your life is so full and busy, you must take the time to draw up a detailed plan for each day with an effective schedule. You can be thankful that you have the ability to plan well. Your efforts in planning will make your daily life go smoothly.

Each day, you have many tasks to complete in order to take proper care of your family and home. Your work requires that you make numerous phone calls to resolve project related issues. Also, you must try to make contact with friends occasionally and endeavour to carve out personal time for yourself.

You must juggle all of these activities and tasks by planning ahead. Even though you sometimes experience days that may seem overwhelming, you are comforted by the fact that you put your best efforts at planning.

Occasionally, you must allow some down time between scheduled events to give you a bit of time to breathe. Realize that planning effectively is the key to living an efficient, well-lived life.

Today, review your schedule for next week to ensure that enough time is built into your plans to complete each activity without undue stress and allow some down-time for socializing.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How well do I do at planning out my daily life?
  2. When do I feel the most overwhelmed with all the things I must do in a day?
  3. In what ways can I strengthen my planning skills?
